What we do

We perform Boundary surveys, Topographic surveys,  Foundation surveys for banks, As-built location survey, Construction layout and staking, Lot survey, Plats, and new small Subdivision surveys, Flood Certificates and Pre-Construction Benchmarks.  We will be glad to give you an estimate. We are your surveyor in Craven, Carteret, Jones, Pamlico Counties and throughout Eastern North Carolina!

What Information we need from You...

Your name, current address, phone number & email address for invoicing, type of survey work needed, the name of the current landowner, the tax id#  of the property, and street address of the property.  As well as any other information you have, such as wills, unrecorded deeds or maps would be most helpful. (However, not required.)

It is not necessary for you to complete deed search for or get copies of the neighbors' deeds or maps. It is also not necessary for you to be present at the survey project while the field work is being completed as all field work is done outside of the residence/building on site if any.
